The poll started on Nov. 29, 2011 and asked, “Do you believe that smiling will help you live longer?” A total of 412 readers answered the question, with 85 percent of them answering, “Yes.” Only six percent said, “No,” with 24 votes and nine percent said, “Maybe” with 36 votes.
