Multiple Sclerosis Treatment Looks Promising
A medical study released this week shows that some time in the near future suffers of the debilitating disease, multiple sclerosis, may have a promising treatment. Currently around half a million people in the USA alone are affected by MS and millions more worldwide suffer, which is precisely why this treatment is such good news. The new drug, Myelin, is an oral pill rather than injection which is what makes it so unique.
Currently there are no oral treatments for MS that are effective, making Myelin the best option if it gets approved. The important thing is that Myelin was incredibly effective at treating MS and reducing symptoms during the medical trials so if it becomes publicly available it could improve the lives of millions of people.
The FDA is going to be hearing the case for Myelin sometime soon and most analysts predict it will likely be approved for use. If that is the case then it will hopefully be available on shelves sometime before the end of the year, but at this point it is absolutely impossible to say for sure. Regardless, doctors are incredibly happy with how well Myelin has performed in all medical trials and will continue to fight until it has been approved or improved enough o finally be approved for use as it is the best option on the market right now.
