Stress Management Linked to Lower Stroke Risk
Managing stress has always been an important part of a healthy lifestyle and unfortunately millions of people still have serious trouble with keeping it under control. Fortunately today medical researchers officially came out with a study that shows just how important it is to keep stress levels down because they’re directly linked to stroke risk.
The report shows that people with great stress management techniques that essentially live stress free are substantially less likely to have a stroke at any point in their lives. Unfortunately the opposite is also true, anyone with terrible stress control is substantially more likely than average to have a stroke. The good news is that with a little practice nearly anyone can become an expert at stress management and take direct control over their risk for having a stroke.
Having a stroke is a major life event and obviously doctors do everything they can to minimize the risk, oddly enough research shows that stress management can be as effective as even the best medication. This means that it is absolutely critical to live a stress free life one way or another because it is going to have a major impact on medical issues and heart trouble in the future. If you’re one of the millions of people that have high stress all the time, now is the time to work on it before things go downhill.
