A wife in Malaysia has a tale to tell that is amazing, not only did she manage to rescue her husband from a tiger, she did it with just a soup ladle.
She came upon her husband and the tiger and ran in to help him waving her soup ladle and lucky for them both, it scared the tiger and it left. Her husband was badly lacerated and is recovering in hospital. He said he tried to hit the tiger, but it wouldn’t leave until his wife came.
Wildlife rangers plan to track down the tiger and make sure it transported further into the jungle. There are many tigers in the area and so residents need to be careful.
The man said the tiger jumped him when he was hunting. The tiger pounced on him not far from his home in a jungle settlement of the Jahai tribe. He tried to get away in a tree, but was dragged out of it by the tiger.
His wife then rushed out of the kitchen when she heard him scream and started beating the tiger with the ladle. She said she used all her strength
It was the first time anyone in the village was attacked by a tiger.
